Software Needed

A device needs the Citrix Workspace and Zoom Universal Installer applications to connect to the USAA virtual environment.
The Citrix Receiver needs to be installed first before installing the Universal Installer Plugin for Zoom.
In addition, if the Citrix Workspace (Citrix Receiver) is ever updated by your admin, ensure that the Zoom Universal Installer is used again to re-install the Zoom HDX Plugin.
